You can order on our webshop in 3 easy steps:
- Select your items and add them to your shopping cart
- Proceed to checkout and enter your details
- Choose your payment method and complete the payment
In case you do not have an account yet, you can create this while ordering. We can not place an order for you by telephone.
If you have a problem while ordering, please delete your cookies and try again.
In the event that you have accidentally ordered an item several times, if your order has not yet been sent, you can cancel and then order the right one. If your order has been shipped, you can return it.
On our webshop you can pay via the following methods: gift voucher, iDeal, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, and deferred payment (by Klarna). We do not charge extra costs. Consult your bank or payment provider for the costs you should incur.
In case your order has failed, how fast the money is on your account depends on the reason of your failed order and your payment method:
- iDEAL / Bancontact / deferred payment: 3 working days (approximately)
- Credit card: 5 business days (approximately)
